On the 12th of December, MESH Center in partnership with Miss Pusdung 2025 of Ngas land, held an intervention programme for the senior citizens, tagged “Elderly Wellness Day” at Pankshin, Jos, Plateau state.
The event was designed to promote the health, dignity, and overall well-being of senior citizens, with a focus on improving their standard of living. It featured wellness engagements, supportive interactions, and practical conversations around healthy ageing and quality of life for the elderly.
At MESH, we remain committed to improving the well-being and emotional state of seniors in our community and beyond.

In our continuous effort to expand our services and strengthen partnerships, our team recently met with representatives of the Ministry of Youth Development, Kaduna State.
It was a highly productive discussion focused on exploring effective ways to reach more young people and educate them on the importance of prioritising their mental health.
We are excited about the possibilities this collaboration holds and remain committed to promoting mental well-being among youths across the state.

At our Youths and Teenagers meeting, we had an interactive discussion on the subject of “Management.”
We divided into groups, and each team was challenged to plan an event using limited resources — a fun way to test their management skills.

Mesh Team recently delivered an engaging training session to the dedicated teachers of De Marion schools on ‘Child Psychology’.
This insightful training equipped educators with valuable knowledge on understanding child development, behavior, and learning strategies.

Our session with the Youths last Friday was filled with exciting games and activities to help ease stress and mental pressure.

On the 26th of June, MESH CENTER commemorated World Anti Drug Day with the teens and youths!. The theme of the year centered on Breaking the Chains of Addiction, treatment and recovery for all.
Together, let’s create a supportive community that empowers individuals to overcome substance abuse.

“Empowering our youth with the right mindset!
We recently had an engaging and educative session with our youths and teenagers on the topic ‘Entitlement Mentality’. We explored the causes, impact, and most importantly, ways to tackle this mindset.
A big thank you to Fr. Babangida Audu , Founder of MESH, for being present and sharing words of encouragement with our participants!

On March 28th, We had an amazing conversation with our young people at our monthly youth meeting!
Together, we explored the realities of addiction, its impact on mental health, and the importance of seeking help. Our young people shared their thoughts, experiences, and concerns, and we were blown away by their insight and empathy!
By discussing addiction openly and honestly, we can work together to break down stigmas and support those affected.
