About Us
Mesh Center for Development of Healthy Minds Foundation is a non-profit organisation (non-governmental organisation) dedicated to promoting mental health, emotional balance, safeguarding, and healthy wellbeing.
The NGO is based in Kaduna State, and it supports the youth to pensioners —through education, counselling, advocacy, and community-based interventions aimed at improving quality of life and human dignity.
The Mesh Center (as it is fondly called)
was established to provide structured support for Nigerians living with mental health and related challenges.
Our work responds to the growing need for accessible, stigma-free mental health services within communities and institutions.

Our Mission
To create and provide holistic mental health awareness and compassionate care for suffering individuals, families and communities and to foster their God-given potential in a broken world through the promotion of harmony, quality of life, self-actualization and personal adaptation to life situations.
Mesh Center’s impact is evident in schools, religious institutions, communities, youth groups, senior citizens, and vulnerable populations with mental health education, counselling, and support—contributing to stigma reduction and improved emotional wellbeing.

Working together with love in a world where distressed and hurting individuals, families and communities gain knowledge and are empowered to achieve prompt and enduring change in their lives.

Aims & Objectives
• To protect and promote the rights, health and interest of community members with emotional and mental health issues where safeguarding and coping mechanisms are prioritized.
• To reduce stigma by dispelling myths, erroneous beliefs and practices through awareness creation and sensitization to the public using evidence-based interventions
• To provide life skills to young adults and to assist people retired and nearing retirement to achieve meaningful and healthy lives in positive ways through support care
• To create referral pathways and linkages thereby linking people with other service providers.
